Fall 2026
Sports Physical/ Registration Start Date: Tuesday September 8, 2026
Your Physical is GOOD if your Physical date is 9/9/2025 or after
You only need to register in Genesis 
You need a NEW PHYSICAL if your physical date is 9/8/2025 or Before
Your physical has expired! You need a new physical and you must register in Genesis 

Winter 2026/2027
Sports Physical/ Registration Start Date: Monday November 9, 2026
Your Physical is GOOD if your Physical date is 11/10/2025 or after You only need to register in Genesis 
You need a NEW PHYSICAL if your physical date is 11/9/2025 or Before 
Your physical has expired! You need a new physical and must register in Genesis 

Spring 2027
Sports Physical/ Registration Start Date: Monday March 8, 2027
Your Physical is GOOD if your Physical date is 3/9/2026 or after. You only need to register in Genesis 
You need a NEW PHYSICAL if your physical date is 3/8/2026 or Before. Your physical has expired! You need a new physical and must register in Genesis 

Sports Registration in Genesis Open Dates
FALL 2026
Sports Forms can be submitted between Monday June 8, 2026 & Friday September 18, 2026
Date Due: Friday September 4, 2026

WINTER 2026/2027
Sports Forms can be submitted between Friday September 25, 2026 & Monday December 7, 2026
Due Date: Monday November 2, 2026

SPRING 2027
Sports Forms can be submitted between Friday January 29, 2027 & Friday March 26, 2027
Due Date: Monday, March 1, 2027

IMPORTANT: Sports Registration and a valid Sports Physical MUST be submitted by the *DUE DATE each season to ensure students can participate in any sport. Please be advised that if your child’s entire registration process is not completed by the due date each season, there is no guarantee that he or she will be cleared in time for the start of each season.
