Fitness Club

The Wall Intermediate School Fitness Club prides itself on being a club that promotes a healthy lifestyle while giving the students opportunities to meet other peers with similar interests.  The Fitness Club welcomes all W.I.S. students regardless of their athletic ability. At the beginning of each club session the students will vote on what activity or sport they would like to play as a group that day.

This club will meet on Friday throughout the Fall including the dates of September 20th, 27th, Oct. 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th, and Nov. 1st. We will resume meeting in the Spring when we can utilize the outdoors. Be sure to bring sneakers and a water!

Club Activities:

  • Soccer
  • Basketball
  • Physical Training Circuits
  • Kickball
  • Handball
  • Wiffleball
  • Yoga Stretches
  • Floor Hockey
  • Other activities or games that club members suggest
